Tunnel Rats is a dynamic and at the same time extremely brutal action/FPS game, set in the Vietnam War. This production directly refers to Uwe Boll's film under the same title, although it does not replicate the scenes presented in the movie, offering a parallel plot and a completely new protagonist. PlotThe events presented in Tunnel Rats take place in 1967. We play as a young American soldier who manages to escape from a POW camp.

We spend the majority of the game on moving through the famous Cu Chi tunnels and fortifications, although there are also stages taking place in the dense jungle and in the open air. Along the way, the player has to eliminate numerous opponents appearing on the screen, deal limited visibility and many treacherous traps left by Vietcong soldiers. Game modesThe single player campaign consists of ten complex levels with a linear structure. It offers about a dozen weapons at our disposal, including pistols, machine guns, as well as a flame thrower. The game is full of drastic and brutal elements, such as the ability to carry out spectacular executions on Vietcong soldiers encountered during the game (including killing in a dream and burning alive), as well as collecting trophies in the form of cut off ears. Technical aspectsThe graphics in Tunnel Rats presents a relatively high level.
